Hello my daughter ate there last nite and forgot her Franklin 2018 class ring in the bathroom. I'm trying t call your number but it doesn't go through. Is there another number I can call thx.?
Great service, great food, bathrooms need some attention. But great place to eat
One of the few restaurants in the city that is not fast food. Nice western atmosphere. The food was good. The food portions are large! Noticed that the shops refer you to the restaurants and the restaurants refer you to the shops. Some offer you a discount so if you can try to locate the % off discount. coupon. If I visit the area against I would revisit this restaurant.
MoreI have to give this guys a 1 star because I can’t give them O star . 0 stars for customer service . O stars for food quality. O stars for cleanliness of place. O stars for staff friendliness. This place is just amazing in a very horrible way. So many Yelp and googles users can’t be wrong . I feel robbed. Because on on top of the bad food and the bad restaurant experience they charged me a 15% ( hidden ) gratitude fee . When I ask for a copy of the receipt they told me they don’t give out receipts . This cowboy guy with no sense of fashion gave me a very intimidating look , so I just went to my car for fear for my life .
MoreService was slow and the food tasted like any run of the mill place. Worth the novelty however
MorePoor cut of meat. When waitress FINALLY came to check on us, I told her. She didn’t seem to care.
MoreVery nice setting and nice staff. Wouldn't recommend the wrangler steak though. Spend a few more bucks and get a cowboy steak.Got a lot of sallad, bread etc to the meal. Nice!
MoreSeemed like our group was an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. Could barely understand the staff. The staff was pushy and blah. Food was below par by far for a steakhouse. I've had better food at bad cookouts. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here!
MoreSteak, pork chop and burger were all ok..
Awesome steaks and atmosphere
This is a typical steakhouse. They were hospitable and kind. The food was cooked perfectly. My steak was delicious and seasoned. The only suggestion I can make it for them to have a bit better vegetarian options. But..... how many vegetarians go to a steakhouse? IDK
MoreGreat food, big portions, friendly service, the best pork ribs I have had in a while, I definitely recommend will visit again.
MoreFood was overly expensive the quality. It's more like bar food. Waiter didn't write down any of our order and because of that he didn't get any of it correct and wasn't to apologetic about it when we shared with him it was wrong
MoreA ton of food, if you leave hungry you did it wrong. Friendly staff, and lots of folks from all over the country & the word are there for some "western style" food. If you smile at the table next to you, a pleasant conversation will start. Don't be shy, show off your AZ & American Pride. The Cowboy decor adds whimsy & don't miss the chance to use the photo prop out front.
MoreIts ok. Disappointing. A place like this, in an area like this do match... but the vibe needs alotta help!
MoreWe stopped here after visiting the Grand Canyon. We did not have a reservation but did not have to wait for a table. The Steaks were good. They came with a salad, western style beans, corn, baked potato and a choice of bread. All in all it was good, but it could have been a little bit cheaper.
MoreShould have gone to Wendy's for a burger. Service was good, but food was horrible. Spent $81.00 and it was awful. They added a gratuity without informing us. Asked waitress about tipping and she never mentioned it. Stay away. They also overcharged us.
MoreBad service. Ok food. EXPENSIVE
Food was pretty good. Nothing too special though for the price. The cow table cloths were fun and sitting by the fire was nice and cozy after freezing at the Grand Canyon all morning. I had the Cottin Pickin Chicken... You get lots of good sides. The beans were pretty flavorless though.
MoreThe family and I went to the Grand Canyon that day and when the day started to come to an end we decided to go to this Steakhouse. The moment we walked in nobody there was friendly. We brushed It Off maybe it's just late and people are wanting to go home. Well when we ordered our food the waiter never came to see if we needed anything, never asked if my son wanted his refill and never even asked how the food was. When it was time to pay the bill we did not know that gratuity was already included. When we told them we didn't know that gratuity was included and that the service was horrible as well as the food the lady got mad and was rude to us she finally took the gratuity off and we left. The worst service I have ever had. Also the bathrooms are horrible as well as not having a changing table and I had to change my baby on my lap how rude is that. Please don't waste your time or money here.
MoreFlame broiled steaks, good. Atmosphere, good. Food serving size, good. Steak comes with pinto beans, salad, corn bread, corn on the cob and a potato. Expensive. We got the rattle snake appetizer which was fried, but good. Other than cost, well done. Nice and good waiter. He may have been the owner/manager.
MoreGreat decor with wild west cowboy theme, and an old school neon sign. Location and concept could be a destination within itself. Sadly, it fell short. Really could be a fun honkey tonk hang out perfect for relaxing after the canyon but the pieces just dont fall into place. I do want to bash the place because everyone seemed to be working hard, but maybe elevate the training and update the menu.
MoreGood service and average food....
The staff was so kind and fast. And the food. Oh my god, the food. It was amazing and worth every penny. Very fun atmosphere. If you're visiting the grand canyon. Stop here and eat. You won't regret it. It is expensive but it is worth it. Even though we were the last table there, the staff never stopped being so nice.
MoreNot at all happy to see the very tiny fine print on the menu that an automatic 15% "service charge" is added to every ticket. As you can imagine without any motivation to earn tips the staff is pretty lackadaisical. No soap in the men's room and no Covid-19 social distancing at all.Food was not bad but their idea of a serving of corn bread is a 1 inch by 2 inch piece.
MoreOmg. So where do I start? The margaritas were amazing, the onion rings were amazing, the steak melts in your mouth... everything was soooo good here. I've seen a lot of reviews saying that the food is expensive, but you have to realize... if you get an entrée, you're meal comes with corn bread, side salad, baked potato, baked beans, and corn on the cob. Everything was delicious and the service was fast and friendly! Thank you so much for this fabulous meal!
MoreI thought I’d post a couple of things about my experience at Yippee-Ei-O. They automatically add 15% tip to your order no matter what size your party is. We were a group of 4 and thought the final bill was a little high. We double checked our bill and asked for a receipt. They reluctantly gave it to us and the tip was listed as part of the subtotal. Make sure to check your bill or you’ll be doubling your tip. If you order beer, make sure they actually have it. Tonight they subbed my Desert Magic with another IPA and when I asked them about it, they simply said “It’s an IPA.” The hostess is a little snotty. They serve cornbread with your meal, but act like you’re crazy for asking for honey to go with the cornbread. Finally don’t order the spaghetti. It’s truly awful.
MoreOne and done on this place. Prices up there food ok. Prime rib tough, bagged salad with preservatives on it, shrimp was good. I never appreciate them tipping themselves before I get the bill. Not noted on menu. Server could have a little friendlier attitude.
MoreAbsolutely amazing food. Sam had the ribs and steak cooked perfectly couldn't even finish it there was so much food. And I had a cheeseburger with fries which all was top notch. Our server was very nice as well. Quick service. Excellent Ambience with old-fashioned country music that we loved. Don't forget to get some cornbread. It's the bomb.
MoreThe food was very mediocre, we ordered the Steak and it had a lot of gristle, and just not a lot of flavor. The quality of food you get and for how expensive it was it's not worth it. The Corn bread was good though but just not a lot of it.
MoreWe had an okay experience. It absolutely could have been better. However the food was good.
MoreMy friends and I risked the low rating because it was the only place open at the time we got into town. And I gotta say, the food was delicious! And for a good price too! I got more food than I can eat, ribs, chicken, beans, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob, for like $30. When the local McDonald's had meals for $10+, I consider that a win. The service was quick, the food was tasty, and the place was clean. No complaints, an easy 5 stars. If you're looking for a Gordon Ramsey experience, you're in the wrong desert.
MorePork chops tasted great, beans were very bland, corn bread was good with rock hard butter to try and spread. Not very friendly and prices were high plusa 15% mandatory tip for mediocre service made it quite expensive. Tips are for exceptional service not a way to increase prices.
MoreBread is alright. Salad is okay. Hopefully steak will be better!! So the beans were good. My brother ate my corn. I ordered a medium well steak but it came out medium. I was too hungry to complain or mention anything after travelingFor 13 hours. Overall friendly. Ambience is very wild Wild West. And the prices were affordable.
MoreI originally went upon suggestion from the Hotel desk, overall I was pretty disappointed. We ordered the rattlesnake and were excited to try something different, it was actually hush puppies with about 1/4 oz of chewy fried meat (for $20). The steaks were decent, not exceptional. The atmosphere was depressing in my opinion. They automatically include 15% tip because the service is mediocre and that is the only way they will get tips... I Won’t be returning, but they know that... It’s just another tourist trap.
MoreTourist trap!!! Save your money and dont judge a restaurant at the curb. Looks like a good ol fashion steak house bit that it is definately not. Overpriced, bland and the service sucks.
MoreIt was about 3pm and the place was dead, so this meant quick service. More variety than expected, but spoiler alert, mostly steak. The food quality was alright, but the portion side was pretty good. It felt overpriced but that's probably just because of the location. Cornbread is served cold on top of the salad. The beans were very bland, and the waiter was somewhat rude. Watch out for the 15% tip that will be added automatically to your bill.
MoreFood was very good. Steaks delicious. Perfectly cooked. The firepit is nice but it generates a bit too much smoke with a funny smell!
MoreAfter a hike at the Grand Canyon south rim we decided to stop for dinner. It hasD a cozy welcoming decor and was very crowded. The menu is not extensive but very satisfying. I don't remember the name of my dish but it was very delicious. The sides they bring with the steak is morw than enough. I had a great country style dinner. Make sure you stop by!
MoreNot the best service. They seem to not really care about customer service and the food was blah and pricey. We definitely regretted choosing this place.
MoreThe Most horrible experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Over priced food for the horrible quality. FLIES EVERYWHERE, Soggy corn, cold corn bread, lettuce from a bag, bland deep fried mushrooms (had no taste), even the potatoes were over done, and don’t even bother getting the quesadilla it was like eating plastic on a sheet of cardboard. The only redeeming quality was the steak was decent. And all that was $130. Never go here
MoreTerrible food, terrible service, and they wouldn’t even let me run a card had to have someone pay for my food and pay them back
MoreAt here a while ago and the food wasn’t very good. I was also very frustrated with the service. Really slow and very rude from the moment we entered the building. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waitress told me she was the manager. I felt hopeless because she offered me nothing for the bad service. This place also has a REQUIRED TIP which is absolutely ridiculous. If the tip is required, the servers have no reason to work hard and please the customer since they’re getting their guaranteed 15%. (I believe that was the number.) Will never eat here again and would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. DO NOT eat here.
MoreIf you like boiled hospital food this is your place. The corn was boiled a day before you order it, the steak was a bit tough and the beans were super soft like dumplings in bean soup. The staff was over whelmed with the four families in the restaurant at the time. I liked the atmosphere though, but as far as food goes. Take the extra time to go to the hotel steak house much better food and service. Sorry I couldn't say more better things about the place I hate giving bad reviews.
MoreSpent over one hundred over food was ok but just needed salt pepper the jalapeño poppers tasted like the ones at jack in the box the food WAS TOO OVER PRICED ! I REGRET EATING THERE . the service was just very slow practically was barely there probably cause they know they have the 15% tip already in the check man idk what else I can say nothing good honestly I have never reviewed a place but man I'm just trying to save your money and time they need to do changes .
MoreHORRIBLE! We walked in and got absolutely no help at all. The staff is lazy and horrible. We sat at our table for 20 minutes and no one EVER came to our table. They were all sitting around playing on their phones. 📱 We walked out and I’m glad we did now that I see all the reviews on their terrible food. HORRIBLE.......
MoreI would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone...the food was terrible....way overpriced for food that I would not feed to a dog! My 13 yr. Old son came back to hotel and was sick and vomiting...I also got sick. We think it was the beams they serve. They tasted sour! Horrible.
MoreGood food, great atmosphere and nice people. A place in... the good old days!
salad starter very ok. metal plates as in the times of goldfish - a nice climate of the wild west. beer only bottled. ribs (I recommend an entire serving - you certainly will not push it) great. chicken shashlik very good, roasted chicken breast (in super glaze) great. baked potatoes and corn - nothing more. RECOMMEND
MoreThere are a lot of bad reviews of this place, but I don't understand why. The steak was one of the best I've ever had and the rest of my family loved their meals and had only positive things to say. Service was excellent as well.
